Service

What days do you come?+

Whatever day your city runs pickup. You tell us during signup and we align a driver to that evening's take-out and the next day's bring-back.

Do you handle recycling and yard waste?+

Yes — add either or both as separate services on your account during signup. We handle whatever your city collects.

What about bulk pickup days?+

Same. Add a bulk service and pick the day. We'll tag-and-drag from your driveway to the curb.

Do I need to do anything?+

Bag your trash, put it where you normally would (we save your can placement in your account), and we handle the rest.

What if the cans aren't where I said?+

Drivers will look for the cans in the area you described. If they truly can't find them, you'll get a note in the app — typically with a photo of what they did find.

Will it be the same driver every week?+

Usually. We assign a primary driver and two backups from your area, so service stays consistent and predictable.

Billing

How does pricing work?+

$55/home/mo for 1–10 homes, $50/home/mo for 11–35 homes, and $45/home/mo for 36+ homes. The bigger your account, the lower the per-home rate.

When does billing start?+

Only when you choose to start it. You can add homes, set up your schedule, and invite drivers without billing kicking in.

Where do I update my payment method?+

Open your customer dashboard at curbherotrash.com → Subscription → Manage. You'll land in your Stripe billing portal.

Can I pause for travel?+

Yes, from the app. Pause a week, a month, a season — billing pauses with you, and resumes when you do.

How do I cancel?+

From the same Stripe billing portal. We don't lock you into contracts; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Is there a setup fee?+

No. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no per-pickup fees.

Drivers

How do I become a driver?+

Sign up at curbherotrash.com/signup?role=driver, set your home base, connect Stripe for payouts, and start claiming routes.

How much do drivers earn?+

$2 per take-out leg and $2 per bring-back leg, so $4 per home per week. Most drivers do 20–40 homes a night, two nights a week.

When do I get paid?+

Anytime you have at least $0.26 in pending earnings. Stripe transfers your balance (minus the $0.25 fee) to your bank in 1–2 business days.

Do I need a truck?+

No. Most drivers use their own car. You're rolling cans from a house to the curb, not transporting trash.

What if I can't make a pickup I claimed?+

Each home has a primary driver plus up to two backups. If you can't make it, the next backup can pick it up.
