Whatever day your city runs pickup. You tell us during signup and we align a driver to that evening's take-out and the next day's bring-back.
Yes — add either or both as separate services on your account during signup. We handle whatever your city collects.
Same. Add a bulk service and pick the day. We'll tag-and-drag from your driveway to the curb.
Bag your trash, put it where you normally would (we save your can placement in your account), and we handle the rest.
Drivers will look for the cans in the area you described. If they truly can't find them, you'll get a note in the app — typically with a photo of what they did find.
Usually. We assign a primary driver and two backups from your area, so service stays consistent and predictable.
$55/home/mo for 1–10 homes, $50/home/mo for 11–35 homes, and $45/home/mo for 36+ homes. The bigger your account, the lower the per-home rate.
Only when you choose to start it. You can add homes, set up your schedule, and invite drivers without billing kicking in.

Anytime you have at least $0.26 in pending earnings. Stripe transfers your balance (minus the $0.25 fee) to your bank in 1–2 business days.
No. Most drivers use their own car. You're rolling cans from a house to the curb, not transporting trash.
Each home has a primary driver plus up to two backups. If you can't make it, the next backup can pick it up.
