A pickup got missed

Open the app and check the household — if there's no driver claim photo from last night, that pickup was missed. Reply to the in-app status with what you saw and we'll route to a backup driver and follow up the same day.

I need to pause service

From the customer dashboard → Subscription → Manage. Stripe lets you pause monthly billing — service stops with the same click.

I want to cancel

Same place: Subscription → Manage → Cancel. We don't lock you into contracts. Cancellation stops the next renewal — the rest of the current cycle remains active.

My can placement changed

Edit the home from your dashboard. Update the placement notes (and the pickup photo if you want a visual). Drivers see the change immediately for the next pickup.

I'm a driver and my Stripe Connect didn't go through

Open the driver app → Earnings tab → Start Stripe Connect. You'll land back in Stripe to complete any missing identity verification. Once approved, cash-out lights up.

I need a refund

Email us with your account email and the pickup date in question. We refund missed pickups that we couldn't resolve same-day.
